Crystals are ancient tools of healing and a great gift from our mother Earth. Amazingly, each Crystal holds an unique vibrational energy which can enhance and heal our own energy system. Therefore, each crystal has specific healing properties that influence our subtle energy bodies and Chakra energy centres. When a Crystal is placed within our energy field and/or Chakra, we begin to resonate with the vibration of the stone. If our energy is out of 'synch' then the Crystal gently resonates its healing pulse bringing our energy into harmony and allowing the energy Chakra centres to be balanced.

What to expect?

I invite you to lie down on a massage table fully clothed and warm, and lead you into a guided relaxation. From this calm place, Crystals are intuitively chosen to suit your own personal healing needs. They are then are placed on and around your body with focus on your Chakra energy centres, amplifying the healing process. The sublte vibrations assist in bringing you into harmony, balance and a peaceful state. At the end of your session, I will advise you of the properties of the Crystals used during your healing. This assists in a deeper understandng of the benefits to healing with Crystals.
